Spacious room, it includes a very good kitchen and full-size fridge. The hotel is located at 150 meters of the MTA Bus Port Authority terminal, with access to most of the Manhattan subway lines. I have actually got from and to the JFK airport completely by train! Personnel is really calid and continually asks how your stay is going.

I stayed 8 nights in the beginning of July 2025 and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and the politeness of the staff. I never experienced any issues with the elevator or the cards not working (because I had read such comments in the reviews). The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there was cleaning and changing towels every single day. The fact that there was free coffee and water at all times made my experience even better because coffee is very important for me. It was very quiet in the room (I stayed at the 4th floor) and I was able to sleep perfectly. The location is perfect - right in the center of Manhattan, but the street is quiet, so no noise from outside. The staff was very polite with me, asking me how I feel and giving me bottles of water every day.

The staff were lovely and most helpful. The studio apt was very well equipped , airconditioned , super clean and the bed was so comfortable. We also had a big tv. It was a lovely retreat at the end of a long day sightseeing. The apt was very central to downtown manhattan & subway ..15 min walk. Lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. There was all day free coffee, tea and water at reception . We stayed 5 nights and were told that housekeeping wouldn't be servicing our apt but that if we needed anything at all that we just had to ask at reception. That worked fine for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to Broadway and popular tourist sites and stores, and subway stations, including to and from airports. Clean and spacious room with self catering facilities, such as big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen utensils. Air conditioning worked and easy to use. Staff were welcoming.

Great location approx. 2 blocks away from the Times Square area, all possible kinds of stores, dining options, etc. within short walking distance. The price was very reasonable for staying in the heart of Manhattan. The room was very well equipped -- a full kitchen with a fridge and a microwave was very much appreciated. Housekeeping did a great job when cleaning was requested. I was granted a high-floor room on Floor 35 with a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. The bed was comfortable, sufficient storage space was available to unpack my stuff. My expectations were met at this hotel, and I would recommend it to other travelers for a short stay.
